Yes we carry 1 million dollars of insurance and bonded at 200k.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
Do you give free estimates?
Yes we do free estimates in person or over the phone. Whichever is most convenient for you.
What is your service area?
We cover all of El Paso County, Teller County, and Park County. We do charge an additional fee for any jobs over 30 miles in any direction from our office.
Do you use your own cleaning supplies?
Yes we bring all our own supplies, but we do prefer to use the customers’ vacuum for sanitary purposes. Some customers don’t like the idea of a vacuum cleaner being in multiple homes.
Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept credit cards with a 1.9% service fee. Amex will be charged a 2.9% fee. ACH bank transfer is preferable and there is no charge for that.
Do you provide emergency services?
No we do not provide emergency services, but we do offer some last minute cleanings at an additional fee.
Do you offer green organic cleaning supplies?
All of our cleaning chemicals are organic and earth friendly, unless otherwise informed.
Do you charge extra for homes located deep in the mountains?
We do charge an extra fee for homes located deeper in the mountains out past Florissant.
Do I need to be home while you are cleaning my house?
During the initial clean we prefer the customer to be home so they can show the housekeeper around. After the initial clean, we do not require and in fact prefer the client is not home.
What is the best time to have your company here?
We prefer to keep the hours in between 9am-5pm. We can do some additional weekend jobs if needed for an additional fee.

Yes we do free estimates in person or over the phone. Whichever is most convenient for you.
How often should I have my house cleaned if I have pets?
We recommend every week if you have pets that have a lot of hair and shed. If you have cats we recommend the same.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets?
Yes all of our products are kid and pet friendly. Nothing is toxic that we use, unless we tell you first.
Should I clean my house before your team comes?
No you do not have to clean your house before we come. We only recommend picking up the clutter if possible.
Can you use my vacuum cleaner?
Yes we prefer to use your vacuum cleaner. If you don’t have one, then we can bring our own, but we prefer to use the homeowners vacuum.
Can I provide my own cleaning supplies to have my house cleaned by your team?
We prefer to use our own cleaning supplies, but if we need to use supplies that you provide because of a specific allergy or something of that nature, then yes, we can use yours.
Do you have a minimum size for commercial cleaning?
No we do not have a minimum size for commercial cleaning.
Can you clean my office bi-weekly?
Yes we can, but we do not work after hours . Weekends will accrue a weekend additional fee.
Do you offer commercial cleaning services after hours?
No we do not. If really needing to be cleaned on weekend, we can discuss it and see what works. There will be additional fees for weekend work.
How long does the office cleaning usually take?
That depends on the size and level of cleaning needed.
Do you provide rental cleanings?
We do not provide short term rental cleanings at all at this time.
Do you clean hotel or motel rooms?
No.
What chemicals do you use for window cleaning?
We use all safe chemicals, usually just dawn dishsoap and distilled water. Sometimes we vinegar if the hard water stains are really bad.
When is the best time to clean my windows?
Early in the morning or late afternoon. Not good to do when the sun is shining hot on the windows.
Do you clean antique stained glass windows?
Case by case, we will have a look first before we say no.
Do you clean the windows in the winter months as well?
It depends on the weather. Because Colorado is pretty mild at times during the winter, yes there are days we absolutely love doing your windows in the winter time. Anything close to or below freezing we do not like to clean the windows.
Do you clean exterior windows?
Yes we clean exterior windows no matter how high or low on your house.
Do you power wash the sidewalks?
Yes we power wash sidewalks, driveways, decks, siding of houses, and even your car if you would like.
Should I have my house power washed before selling it?
We highly recommend power washing your home before you sell it. As it will make dull dirty houses look new again.
What chemicals are used to power wash the siding of the house?
We use a blend of organic and pet and children friendly soaps in our power washers.
How often should I have my house power washed?
We recommend having your home power washed after the winter and the last snow, and then again in the fall time just before the snow comes again.
